Mission Statement
The SACMC mission is to deliver professional, Christ centered, volunteer healthcare to economically disadvantaged persons of Bay County thereby meeting their physical and spiritual needs.

Patient Requirements
- (1) be residents of Bay County
- (2) be adults (ages 19-64)
- (3) have gross incomes at or below 300% of the federal poverty level (based on family size); and
- (4) have no access to health insurance (including Medicare, Medicaid, medically needy programs)
All patients are screened by state certified volunteers.
